Our clients’ hundred year old Colonial style home is located in the Prospect Hill section of New Haven. This home underwent a fantastic transformation by using a portion of their ample yard space for a new 3 season porch with a paver patio. 

 We framed a complete shell structure while incorporating two of the existing exterior brick walls into the added living space. 

 As for the windows, we added powder coated white extruded aluminum removable frames, with CTE Acrylic removable windows. The screen is a durable, easy to clean polyester fabric.

 The visual interest of the T&G beadboard ceiling does not go unnoticed as it accents the brick walls.

 The tile flooring not only maintains its attractiveness throughout time, its very low maintenance.
