Our clients came to TRP Construction to update their home.
 They wanted more room, a bigger kitchen, and a lighter, airy feeling. 
 This was accomplished by removing interior walls, relocating the central laundry room, and installing a flush steel beam to convey the feeling of one large open room.    
 The new kitchen design incorporates a beautiful Taj Mahal quartzite countertop that continues up the wall for a stunning full height backsplash. 
 Custom low profile LED lighting now resides beneth the upper cabinets. Also, we kept the outlets above the countertops, hidden in the bottom of the cabinets, to keep the beauty of the backsplash uninterrupted. 
The newly applianced kitchen features, a beverage cooler, and a custom modified 36" dual fuel range with a gorgeous range hood, which compliments the oversized island. 
 Dimmable recessed lighting throughout the first floor keeps everything well lit, with the option of lowering the lights for ambience. 
 We relocated the laundry room just outside the family room which included a functional mudroom entrance with new stairs and a utility sink. 
 By replacing all the flooring to new wider 3 ¼" Red Oak hardwood throughout the first floor, made quite a diffrence. Our clients chose latex finish on the floors that will maintain its durability and beauty for many years
 We replaced the existing fireplace, removed the stone hearth, and installed stone and a matching Red Oak mantle to create a beautiful fireplace surround.
 The contemporary wrought iron balusters and railings complete the look of the main entrance. Our client's space transformed from a traditional Colonial Style home to a modern open floor plan.
