Our designers worked with the homeowners to come up with a plan for the total renovation of their ranch home. To spruce up the exterior, we replaced windows, doors and siding as well as added a new asphalt driveway with an extended footprint to fit the client's boat. Blue stone pavers and wrought iron railings completed the welcoming entrance to their new home. On the interior design, we created an open floor concept and reconfigured walls to add a master bath and laundry on the main floor to form a master suite. The electric service was upgraded to 200 amps to power the new appliances, lighting grids and updated electrical run throughout the home. At the center of the kitchen is a large island which provides a lot of additional storage and ample room to accommodate family and guests. The finishes consist of quartz counters and marble backsplash highlighted by under cabinet lighting that really shows off the mother of pearl accent above the stove. Freshly refinished hardwood floors run throughout the majority of the home, with engineered laminate plank flooring in the sun room and of course tile in the bathrooms.
