This project began by fully gutting both the kitchen and bathroom. These homeowners were adamant about removing the popcorn ceilings from their new home. With fresh drywall on the walls and ceilings, we then installed new cabinets in the kitchen with granite countertops, a farmhouse sink and all new appliances. In the bathroom we installed a new vanity with a wall to wall granite top and a tub with custom tile bath walls with a niche. We also installed a central air system with ductwork and recessed lighting throughout.
