This Wallingford home underwent a complete exterior renovation to enhance both its style and efficiency. We began with installing a whole house fan in the attic and blowing in 10" of fiberglass insulation. The next step was a new roof which included replacing water damaged plywood, installing ice and watershield, and finishing with Tamko 30 Year Architectural shingles. The most noticeable change for this home was the removal of the original faded aluminum siding which was replaced with CertainTeed Monogram siding. This gave us the opportunity to install new construction Harvey Tribute Energy Star windows with 6 over 6 grids. The owners chose fluted casings with rosettes for the interior window trim. Some finishing touches on this renovation included painting entry and garage doors as well exterior lighting. After completion of this beautiful renovation, the clients chose one more final addition, selecting granite porches and a paver walkway.
