Deck Replacement - This is our second project for these homeowners. We removed their existing deck and replaced it with a new Trex Transcend deck with Azex trim and matching stairs coming down off the deck to the back yard.

Basement Remodel - For this homeowner, we converted their walkout basement into additional living space by framing and finishing the walls and ceiling, installing insulation, adding recessed lights, laying engineered laminate flooring in the main space and tile in the back entry mudroom area with outside access through a new Therma Tru door. We installed heat throughout and plenty of storage as well as an entertainment area with TV and built in surround sound system.
