This project was a massive undertaking to rebuild the interior after fire damage. The full interior renovation included HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

The kitchen got brand new cabinets, appliances, and a rebuilt walk-in pantry. The homeowners chose stunning Taj Mahal countertops that wrap seamlessly around the central column and a herringbone tile backsplash. We were able to save and repurpose the original butcher block and added recessed lighting to highlight the floating shelves.

The living area got a major facelift by repairing the trim work to look cleaner and more contemporary and fresh paint on the coffered ceiling. New flooring was weaved in to match the existing Brazilian Cherry. The new gas fireplace now has a Taj Mahal surround to match the countertops on the bookcases, as well as the kitchen. We also put in beautiful new crown molding to match the rest of the house.

In the primary bath, we replaced the outdated Jacuzzi tub with a more modern freestanding tub and built a new glass-enclosed, walk-in shower. The subway tile and lighting behind the new double vanity brightens up the whole space.

Other projects in this renovation include a laundry room and half bath, finished stairs, new lighting fixtures, and a fully finished basement that is now a more functional part of the entire home.
