This Guilford home had water damage which affected their bathroom, kitchen, and family room. We began by removing all fixtures, appliances, cabinets, and counters. We then removed all damaged drywall in the walls and ceilings of each room as well as making way for new lighting locations. We replaced the existing bookcases in the family room with custom built-ins.

After completing the necessary repairs, it was time to focus on the kitchen. The space was brightened with new cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, and recessed lighting. The homeowners also chose beautiful pendant lighting that perfectly matched the gold hardware. All hardwood floors were refinished and we installed a new cooktop, hood, and double oven. However, the real standout of this renovation is the stunning 10-foot island with quartzite countertops, serving as the focal point of the entire kitchen. The homeowners couldn't be happier with the outcome of their home and have since asked us to work on other projects.
